Ingredients:
100g of the granulate contains 99g Sodium dichloroisocyanurate dihydrate
Physical and chemical characteristics:
White granules of a specific scent similar to that of chlorine, easily and completely dissolvable in water, with an extremely high bactericidal effect on bacteries, fungi, algae and certain types of viruses.
Application:
1. General sanitation in public institutions, food industry, healthcare, veterinary, individual households, farms etc.
a) Working concentration:
For regular sanitation or disinfection of surfaces, a water solution of „Hemosept“, prepared just before use, should be used. It is enough to dissolve 2g of „Hemosept“ per 10l of water, which can release active chlorine in concentration of around 100 mg/l. Thusly prepared solution is usable for the next 6-8 hours. In the situation of extremely exacerbated hygienic conditionse (epidemic, natural disasters), for disinfection of earthen floors in animal facilities, disinfection of faeces and preparation of disinfecting barriers, the concentration should be doubled (4g/10l).
b) Working time
Depending on the contamination degree of the surface, the needed effect time varies from 3 minutes to 2 hours.
In the case of extreme contamination – repeat the disinfection procedure.
2. Disinfection of water in pools
It is performed with consultations with experts from our company.

Place of application:
Automated disinfection stations or separate devices for cleaning and disinfection of boots. Disinfection stations are placed at the entrance of a technologically important section of manufacture, or at the entrance of the manufacturing hall.
They represent a set of devices which disinfect footwear (boots), a hand disinfection part and a three-section ramp which enables passage only when both disinfection processes are done.
„Polisol D“ is used with stations with a submerging lattice and with models with rotating brushes as well.
Recommended working concentration is 1.5-2% of „Polisol D“.

Very alkaline foaming product for removing heavy dirt.
Means of application:
It is used with a foam generator, in a 3-5% solution. With foam generators working only with pressurized water, use warm water (50°C - 60°C) if possible. Foam generators working on compressed air work with cold water. Contact time is between 15 and 20 minutes. After the contact time has passed, rinse the surfaces with water. With heavier tar and resin layers repeat the washing operation.
Area of application:
It can be used for washing all kinds of surfaces, except aluminium and zinc.

Acidic foamy agent for washing and removing scale from floors, walls and equipment.
Means of application:

Mild alcaline foaming agent for washing and disinfection
An excellent foaming agent for daily washing and disinfection of filling machines in alcohol and soft beverage industry. In meat and dairy industry, in can be used for washing and disinfection of desks, floors and equipment.
It is used with a foam generator. Disinfection is based on active chlorine.
The product is used with cold water, in a 3-5% solution and exposition time of 10-15 minutes. After washing, thoroughly wash the surfaces with bacteriologically clean water.

A neutral foaming combined agent for washing and disinfection.
It is used with a foam generator, in a 3-5% solution. With foam generators working only with pressurized water, use warm water (50°C - 60°C) if possible. Foam generators working on compressed air work with cold water. Contact time is between 15 and 20 minutes. Disinfection is based on bensalconium-chloride as a disinfecting component which, in combination with nonionic surfactants has very strong bactericidal and bacteriostatic effects.
Important:
Do not mix „Dezipen“with other washing agents.

Contents and purpose of the product:
„Lactochem SK“ is a liquid, acidic product, based on mineral acids and surfactants.
Application method:
It is used for hand cleaning of ceramic and chromed surfaces and removal of scales and corrosion traces. The product is applied with a sponge or brushes, left for 10 minutes and then rinsed with fresh water. If needed, repeat the process. Use protective work equipment for acids (rubber gloves).

Hemo Uni
A universal product for washing and cleaning all kinds of solid surfaces.
„Hemo Uni“ is a powdery, medium-alkaline product based on inorganic salts and anionic surface active agents. It is easily soluble in water, creating cloudy-white, foamy solutions.
Place of application:
Working under the recommended circumstances, „Hemo Uni“ will efficiently degrease floors, desks and slaughter industry equipment parts, and is very efficient in dairies, large restaurants, hospitals and hotels as well.
Application methods:
„Hemo Uni“ is used for hand and machine washing.
With hand washing, the recommended work temperature lies between 45°C and 50°C and the recommended concentration is 2-3%.
With pressurised washing, a 75°C-80°C and a concentration of 1% should be used.
After washing, rinsing with warm water is recommended.

"Lactochem BM" je tečno neutralno sredstvo na bazi površinski aktivnih materija i organskih seljuestrena.
Način primene i delovanje:
Sredstvo razvija izuzetno jaku penu koja dostiže do svih delova bućkalice, odvaja i emulguje masnoće pri čemu se visina pene smanjuje.
Naglo smanjivanje pene ukazuje na visok sadržaj masnih ostataka, pa se postupak pranja može ponoviti.
Okvirna koncentracija je od 1 - do 3 % "Lactochem- a BM", a vreme delovanja zavisi od količine zaostalih masnoća i kreće se od 10 do 30 minuta.

"Lactochem G" je praškasto, alkalno sredstvo na bazi neorganskih soli i površinski aktivnih materija.
Način primene i delovanje:
Sredstvo razvija kontrolisanu penu što omogućuje njegovu primenu u mašinama za pranje gajbi špricanjem.
Preporučuje se radna koncentracija od 1-2 % i temp. od 60 - 70 °C
Vreme delovanja zavisi od radnog takta peračice za gajbice.

Tečno sredstvo za pranje cevovoda i uređaja CIP sistemom
Sastav i namena sredstva:
"Lactochem CT" je tečno alkalno sredstvo na bazi natrijum hidroksida, površinski aktivnih materija i organskih sekvestrena.
Koristi se za sva alkalna pranja CIP sistemom u mlekarama i na farmama.
Visoki alkalitet rastvora uz delovanje površinski aktivnih supstanci, efikasno odstranjuje ostatke mleka i mlečnih prerađevina sa tretiranih površina. Posebni dodaci omogućuju emulgovanje odvojenih masnoća, kao i lako ispiranje sistema posle pranja.
Sadržaj natrijum hidroksida je od 33 do 35 %.
Način primene i delovanje:
"Lactochem CT" se koristi na temperaturi od 70 - 80 °C i koncentraciji od 2 do 3 % sredstva, odnosno 0.70 do 1.05 % računato na čist NaOH.
Vreme pranja zavisi od stepena zaprljanosti i kreće se oko 30 minuta.
Nakon pranja "Lactochemom CT" potrebno je ceo sistem temeljno isprati čistom vodom.

Kiselo sredstvo za pranje, skidanje mlečnog kamenca i dezinfekciju
Sastav i namena sredstva:
"Lactochem K" je tečno, kiselo sredstvo na bazi inhibirane fosforne kiseline sa dodacima za bolje kvašenje tretiranih površina, suzbijanje pene i dezinfekciju
Koristi se za pranje, skidanje mlečnog kamenca i dezinfekciju muznih uređaja, cevovoda, pumpi, laktofriza i druge procesne opreme.
Posebno je uspešno na farmama za čišćenje muznih uređaja CIP sistemom.
Način primene:
"Lactochem K" se koristi u CIP sistemima ili ručno.
Koristi se vodeni rastvor (0,5 - 1 %) na temp. od 60-65 °C i uz delovanje od 15-20 minuta. Čišćenje može da se vrši i na hladno, ali se koncentracija povećava na 2 - 3 % i vreme delovanja produžava na 30 min.
Način skladištenja:
"Lactochem K" se skladišti u suvim i hladnim prostorijama.

"Lactochem KD" je tečno, kiselo sredstvo na bazi inhibirane azotne kiseline sa dodacima za bolje kvašenje tretiranih površina i suzbijanje pene.
Koristi se za periodično čišćenje cevovoda, pumpi i druge procesne opreme od mlečnog kamenca.
Posebno je uspešno na farmama za čišćenje muznih uređaja.
"Lactochem KD" se koristi u CIP sistemima
Koristi se vodeni rastvor (1-1.5 %) na temp. od 60-65 °C i uz delovanje od 15-20 minuta.

Namena sredstva:
Sredstvo je namenjeno pranju cisterni za prevoz svežeg mleka (uključujući i sistem za transport mleka – pumpe i mlekovode), dezinfekciji i skidanju mlečnog kamenca.
Sastav i osobine sredstva:
Sredstvo je sačinjeno na bazi neorganskih kiselina i površinski aktivnih materija, kao i inhibitora kiselinske korozije. Baktericidna komponenta je katjonskog tipa, izuzetno aktivna u kiseloj sredini.
Uslovi primene:
Posle istakanja svežeg mleka iz auto cisterne, obaviti temeljno ispiranje čistom vodom.
U rezervoaru za CIP pripremi se 1,0% rastvor "Lactochema CIP" i zagreje na 65 – 70 °C. Proces pranja treba da se obavlja 10 do 15 minuta. Posle toga, cisternu isprati čistom vodom.
Preporučujemo da se voda od ispiranja sakupi u posebnom rezervoaru i koristi kod sledećeg pranja za prvo ispiranje nove cisterne. Tek tako iskorišćena voda se ispušta u sistem za preradu otpadnih voda.
Kontrola istrošenosti radnog rastvora:
Povremeno se, izmedju dva pranja cisterni, vrši kontrola aktivnog sadržaja "Lactochema CIP" i po potrebi izvrši korekcija dodavanjem svežeg, koncentrovanog sredstva. Preporučujemo da se radna koncentracija sredstva "Lactochem CIP" ne smanjuje ispod 0,8 %.

A combination of surfactants which, with a disinfecting component – alkil-dimethyl-benzil-ammonium- chloride act synergically and enable a triple purpose of the product:
- Efficient hand washing
- Successful disinfection
- Hand care, so that even when used frequently, the product not only does not dry out the skin, but makes it supple and elastic. It also helps wounds and other skin damage heal faster.
Area of use:
Anywhere frequent hand washing and disinfection are required, especially in healthcare, veterinary and food industry machinery. Given its exceptional efficiency, it has found its use in hospitality industry, public facilities and households as well.
Application method
For ordinary hand washing and disinfection, 2-3 ml of the product, rubbed in on wet hands for 3-4 minutes, would suffice. Repeat the process in case of extremely greasy skin.
For surgical disinfection, repeat the washing process 2-3 times using a sterile brush for nails and cuticles. It is also suggested to, after washing, rub a 1% solution of „Polisol R“ or „Alkoderm“ in the skin and leave it on for 5-10 minutes.

Deluje na gram-pozitivne i gram-negativne bakterije, a kao katjonsko sredstvo nikako se ne sme mešati sa anjonskim tenzidima i deterdžentima.
Dezinfekcija ruku:
Posle temeljnog pranja sapunom ruke se isperu vodom, a zatim kvase 1%-tnim rastvorom "Polisola R®" 5-10 minuta. Za brzu dezinfekciju na terenu, ruke se mogu dezinfikovati nerazređenim sredstvom u trajanju od 1- 2 minuta.

Sadrži persirćetnu kiselinu!
Sredstvo za dezinfekciju baktericidnog i fungicidnog dejstva. Baktericidna komponenta je aktivni kiseonik koji vrši ulogu dezinficijensa. Preporučuje se koncentracija od 0,05% – 0,5% i kontaktno vreme od 1 do 30 min
Sredstvo za centralno podmazivanje transportnih traka
Sastav i namena sredstva:
"Lactochem PT" je neutralno sredstvo sa visokom koncentracijom površinski aktivnih materija i dezinfekcionom komponentom. "Lactochem PT" je savremeno sredstvo za centralno i klasično podmazivanje transportnih traka na linijama pakovanja mleka, sokova i kiselo mlečnih napitaka.
Način primene i delovanje:
Sredstvo se nanosi na trake posredstvom pumpi (dozatora) koje obezbeđuju optimalnu koncentraciju (razređenje) i ravnomerno kvašenje klizajućih površina.
Ispravan sistem za centralno podmazivanje traka, i brizganje sredstva "Lactochem PT" u veoma tankom sloju, omogućuju besprekoran tok ambalaže na linijama pakovanja i održava istu čistom.
Pogodan izbor površinski aktivnih supstanci anjonskog i nejonogenog tipa ostvaruje efikasno podmazivanje i čišćenje traka uz veoma nisku penu.
Sredstvo je koncipirano za rad u širokom rasponu tvrdoća voda i na veoma brzim i opterećenim linijama.
Osnovna preporučena koncentracija je od 0.2 - 0.5 % (razređenje 1:500 do 1:200) uz rad sa vodom tvrdoće do 5°dH.
Usklađivanje radne koncentracije sa specifičnim uslovima svakog korisnika se vrši u saradnji sa našim stručnjacima.
Preporučuje se povremeno ispiranje traka čistom vodom kako bi se uklonili ostaci emulgovanih nečistoća i produžio radni vek traka.
Način skladištenja:
Sredstvo "Lactochem PT" nije osetljivo na niske temperatura. Ukoliko dođe do smrzavanja, sredstvo treba uneti u zagrejani prostor i otopiti na sobnoj temperaturi.
PAKOVANJE: 50 i 200 kg.
Napomena:
Pre upotrebe "Lactochem-a PT" potrebno je ceo sistem za centralno podmazivanje temeljno isprati od zaostatka prethodno korišćenog sredstva, kao i proveriti ispravnost mlaznica.
Zbog moguće nekompatibilnosti na mešati "Lactochem PT" sa drugim sredstvima za podmazivanje traka!
Svi uslovi primene su dati kao orijentacioni. Moguća su odstupanja u zavisnosti od konkretnih uslova kod svakog korisnika.
