U mlekarskoj industriji<\/strong>, strogi higijenski standardi su od su\u0161tinskog zna\u010daja za o\u010duvanje kvaliteta, bezbednosti i potro\u0161a\u010dkog poverenja. Svaki deo pogona \u2014 od prijema mleka, prerade, pakovanja do skladi\u0161tenja \u2014 mora biti pod stalnom kontrolom \u010di\u0161\u0107enja i dezinfekcije.
